Chubby Backwoods Smoker

As our smallest and most portable Backwoods Cooker, the Chubby also serves as one of our most versatile offerings in our cooker lineup.

The charcoal pan is designed to hold approximately 10 pounds of briquettes comfortably. It is designed with an expanded metal bottom that allows the ashes to fall through into an ash pan for easy cleaning.

Depending on the temperature you cook at, the Chubby can give you an 8 to 10 burn. It will hold 12 slabs of baby back ribs, 8 slabs of St. Louis style or 4 slabs of spare ribs. The Chubby will also hold 2-3 large briskets or 4-6 Boston Butts.
